အဲ သံက် အာလူ။

I peel the potatoes.

အဲ ကရေက် ရာဲကြုက်။

I chop a cabbage.

အဲ ကွာတ် ရာဲဗကေတ်။

I grate the carrots.

အဲ ကြာတ် မၜဲ။

I wash the beans.

အဲ ကုတ် ခပဳလဵု။

I cut the butternut.

အဲ ရေက် သၞေဝ်။

I chop the spinach.

မိ ရေက်ဒၟံင် လသိုင်။

My mom chops the onions.

လသိုင် ပကဵုအဲ ညံင်ဂွံ လရိုအ်၊ အခိင် ရေက် ဍေဟ်။

Onions make me cry when they are chopped.
