I peel the potatoes.

I chop a cabbage.

J’émince un chou.


Ngasaranga esya caroti.

I grate the carrots.

Je râpe les carottes.


Ngowaya ebihimba.

I wash the beans.

Je lave les fèves.

I cut the butternut.

Je coupe la courge musquée.

I chop the spinach.

Je hache les épinards.


Mama wayi akasaranga ebitunguru.

My mom chops the onions.

Ma mère hache les oignons.


Ebitunguru bikaletha emisoni ukabisaranga.

Onions make me cry when they are chopped.
