Um dia, a mamãe trouxe imensa fruta.
有一日，媽咪買咗好多生果。
有一天，媽媽買了很多水果。
One day, mama got a lot of fruit.
“Quando podemos comer alguma fruta?,” perguntámos. “Vamos comer fruta esta noite,” disse a mamãe.
我哋問：「幾時可以食生果呀？」媽咪就話：「我哋今晚先有得食。」
我們都問她：“什麼時候可以吃水果？”媽媽說：“等今天晚上再吃。”
“When can we have some fruit?” we ask.
“We will have the fruit tonight,” says mama.
O meu irmão Rahim é ganancioso.
Provou a fruta toda e comeu muita fruta.
我大佬拉希姆好貪心，樣樣生果都想試吓，結果食咗好多。
我哥哥拉希姆很貪吃，所有的水果都想嚐嚐。結果他吃了很多。
My brother Rahim is greedy. He tastes all the fruit. He eats a lot of it.
“Vejam o que o Rahim fez”, gritou o meu irmão mais novo. “O Rahim é malandro e egoísta,” disse eu.
細佬大叫：「睇吓拉希姆做嘅好事！」我就跟住話：「拉希姆好曳好自私。」
弟弟叫著說：“看看拉希姆做了什麼！”。我跟著說：“拉希姆很調皮很自私。”
“Look at what Rahim did!” shouts my little brother.
“Rahim is naughty and selfish,” I say.
A mamãe ficou zangada com o Rahim.
媽咪好嬲拉希姆。
媽媽對拉希姆很生氣。
Mother is angry with Rahim.
Nós também ficamos zangados com o Rahim.
Mas o Rahim não se arrependeu.
我哋亦都好嬲拉希姆，但係拉希姆一啲都唔慚愧。
我們也對拉希姆很生氣。可是拉希姆並不感到慚愧。
We are also angry with Rahim. But Rahim is not sorry.
“Não vai castigar o Rahim?”, disse o irmão mais novo.
小細佬就問：「你會唔會罰拉希姆呀？」
小弟弟問：“拉希姆不是該罰了嗎？”
“Aren’t you going to punish Rahim?” asks little brother.
“Rahim, vai se arrepender em breve,” disse a mamãe.
媽咪就警告拉希姆：「你好快就會後悔㗎啦。」
媽媽警告說：“拉希姆，你很快就會後悔的。”
“Rahim, soon you will be sorry,” warns mama.
O Rahim não está se sentindo muito bem.
冇幾耐，拉希姆果然開始唔舒服。
不久，拉希姆果然開始感到噁心起來。
Rahim starts to feel sick.
“Dói muito a minha barriga,” murmura Rahim.
拉希姆細細聲話：「我個肚好痛呀。」
拉希姆小聲說：“我肚子很疼。”
“My tummy is so sore,” whispers Rahim.
A mamãe sabia que isto ia acontecer. A fruta está castigando Rahim!
媽咪預咗會噉樣嘅。拉希姆正受到生果嘅懲罰！
媽媽早料到會發生這樣的事情。拉希姆受到了水果的懲罰！
Mama knew this would happen. The fruit is punishing Rahim!
Mais tarde, Rahim nos pediu desculpa. “Não vou voltar a ser tão ganancioso,” prometeu.
E nós acreditamos.
後來，拉希姆同我哋道歉話：「我以後唔會再咁貪心㗎喇。」我哋全部人都相信佢。
後來，拉希姆跟我們道歉說：“以後我再也不會貪吃了。”而我們這次都相信他！
Later, Rahim says sorry to us. “I will never be so greedy again,” he promises.
And we all believe him.
