یِک روز مادَرم مِقدارِزیادی میوِه خَرید.
One day, mama got a lot of fruit.
Un día, mamá trajo mucha fruta.
ما پُرسیدیم “کِی میتَوانیم چَند تا میوه بُخوریم؟” مادَرَم دَر جَواب گُفت: “اِمشَب میوِه خواهیم خورد.”
“When can we have some fruit?” we ask.
“We will have the fruit tonight,” says mama.
“¿Cuándo podemos comer fruta?” le preguntamos. “Esta noche comeremos fruta,” dice mamá.
بَرادَرَم رَحیم پُرخور اَست. او اَز هَمه یِ میوِه ها چِشید. وَ مِقدارِزیادی اَزمیوه ها را خورد.
My brother Rahim is greedy. He tastes all the fruit. He eats a lot of it.
Mi hermano Rahim es glotón. Prueba toda la fruta. Come mucha.
بَرادَرِ کوچَکَم فَریاد زَد: “بِبینید رَحیم چِه کاری کَردِه! مَن هَم گُفتَم رَحیم سَرکِش وَ خودخواه اَست.”
“Look at what Rahim did!” shouts my little brother.
“Rahim is naughty and selfish,” I say.
“¡Mira lo que hizo Rahim!” grita mi hermano pequeño. “Rahim es travieso y egoísta,” le respondo.
مادَر اَز دَستِ رَحیم عَصَبانی شُد.
Mother is angry with Rahim.
Mamá se enoja con Rahim.
ما هَم اَز دَستَش عَصَبانی شُدیم. وَلی رَحیم اَصلا مُتِاسِف نَشُد.
We are also angry with Rahim. But Rahim is not sorry.
Nosotros también nos enojamos con Rahim. Pero Rahim no está arrepentido.
بَرادَرِ کوچَک پُرسید: “نِمی‌خواهی رَحیم را تَنبیه کُنی؟”
“Aren’t you going to punish Rahim?” asks little brother.
“¿No vas a castigar a Rahim?” pregunta mi hermano pequeño.
مادَر بِه رحیم تَذَکُر داد، “بِه زودی اَز این کارَت پَشیمان خواهی شُد”.
“Rahim, soon you will be sorry,” warns mama.
“Rahim, pronto te arrepentirás,” le advierte mamá.
رَحیم داشت اِحساسِ مَریضی می‌کَرد.
Rahim starts to feel sick.
Rahim empieza a sentir náuseas.
رَحیم آرام زِمزِمِه می‌کَرد. “شِکَمَم خِیلی پیچ می‌خورَد.”
“My tummy is so sore,” whispers Rahim.
“Me duele mucho el estómago,” susurra Rahim.
!مادَر می‌دانِست کِه این اِتِفاق خواهَد اُفتاد. میوه ها رَحیم را تَنبیه کَردَند
Mama knew this would happen. The fruit is punishing Rahim!
Mamá sabía que esto pasaría. ¡La fruta está castigando a Rahim!
دَر آخَر رَحیم اَز ما عُذرخواهی کَرد. وَ این قول را داد: “مَن دیگر هیچوَقت اینقَدر پُرخوری نَخواهَم کَرد.” وَ ما هَم حَرفَش را باوَر کَردیم.
Later, Rahim says sorry to us. “I will never be so greedy again,” he promises.
And we all believe him.
Más tarde, Rahim nos pide disculpas. “No volveré a ser tan glotón,” promete. Y todos aceptamos su promesa.
