I peel the potatoes.

I chop a cabbage.

Ninakatakata kabichi.

I grate the carrots.

Ninasaga karoti.

Elosi eongo emaroge.

I wash the beans.

Ninaosha maharagwe.

Atubutubei eongo ebiringanya.

I cut the butternut.

Atubutubei eongo esukumawiki (ejibiri).

I chop the spinach.

My mom chops the onions.
