Pilu yaka inani maikuto yaman’gata.

My heart feels a lot of things.

Mon cœur ressent beaucoup de choses.

Nikutwa tabo bo kuku abalu kandekela matangu manzibwani.

I feel happy when my granny tells us stories in the evening.

Je suis contente quand ma grand-mère nous raconte des histoires le soir.

Nikutwa bukuba ani bapala ni balikani baka.

I feel silly when I play with my friend.

Je me sens ridicule quand je joue avec mon amie.

Niikutwanga bumaswe bo ndate anibulelela kuli abana masheleni.

I feel bad when my dad says he does not have money.

Je me sens mal quand mon père dit qu’il n’a pas d’argent.

Niikutwa kulatiwa boma abanifa mbando.

I feel loved when my mom gives me a hug.

Je me sens aimée quand ma mère me donne un câlin.
